Dear Friends and Families of TotalLink,

In our first Where Life Happens letter, we introduced TotalLink's new strategic plan and our commitment to building belonging intentionally - in the places where people live, work, play, and build their lives.

One of our values is Lead with Listening. It reflects something we believe deeply: before deciding what people need, we need to ask. And then we need to listen.


Over the past few months, we've been doing just that.

Families are helping us think differently about support.

Employers are helping us become better employment partners. 
Volunteers are helping us strengthen how people engage with TotalLink. 

And A Happy Life is expanding what's possible for adults and families as they navigate adulthood.


Different conversations. Different perspectives. 
But they're leading us in the same direction.


That's how we build belonging where life happens.
