Where We're At With TRA 3.0
It’s hard to believe that we’re already into Year 3 on our three-year TRA 3.0 journey. Back in May, the TRA Committee along with other leaders charged with carrying out TRA 3.0, met to evaluate our firm’s progress on execution of the strategic plan.

It was an eye-opening review as we realized a lot has changed within our firm from the original creation of TRA 3.0 to now. Some of this change has affected our ability to move some initiatives forward, but it was incredible to see just how much we've been able to accomplish in spite of the changes we faced. We are so proud of all of you for the resilience and agility you've shown, as well as the vital role you play in executing on TRA 3.0.

After our review this Spring, we made the decision to adjust a few initiatives or measures of success. And in some cases, we decided it would be best for us to roll that initiative forward to a future iteration of TRA. To see what adjustments were made, we created a TRA 3.0 Addendum, which you can find here. This addendum shows you what areas were impacted and what was decided and why.

TRA 3.0 Dashboard Will Help Track Progress

To help everyone firmwide get a better picture of how we're doing on the rest of TRA 3.0, we created a digital dashboard that will enable everyone in the firm to keep tabs on our progress.
We talked about our progress on TRA 3.0 and the dashboard at this year's annual firm retreat, but today we're excited to roll out the interactive dashboard to everyone. You can view it at the link here, or you can access it from the Okta tile that was recently deployed to your Okta account (if you don't immediately see it, be sure to refresh your Okta account). See image to the right for the Okta tile.
How To Navigate The TRA 3.0 Dashboard
(click the images below for larger view)

  • Below is the home screen of the dashboard. Click one section at a time to view a closer look at the progress we’ve made in each cornerstone.
  • After clicking one of the cornerstones, you’ll be able to see our progress on the various measures of success within each cornerstone.

  • Hover over values to display the definition for that value's stoplight color indications.

  • For most of the data-backed calculations, you can right-click the number and select "Drill-through" to see the details behind this number.
  • To navigate back to the home screen or to another cornerstone, click on one of these gray boxes.
Special Thanks To The Team Who Developed The TRA 3.0 Dashboard

This dashboard was developed by a cross-functional project team comprised of:

  • Ben Hayes, visualization data engineer
  • Elaine Kisner, operations technology manager
  • Kari Lux, project coordinator
  • Tammy Haney, director of finance

We are grateful for the hard work the entire team has put into this project.

If you have any questions on our progress on TRA 3.0 or the TRA 3.0 Dashboard, please reach out to us.

Have a great week!

Mark & Jeremy
