Despite the upcoming cold snap, evidence of springtime is all around us and it sure has done wonders for
our moods; we hope it has brought an increased sense of lightness to you as well.
Restrictions continue, but hopefully the longer days and warmer air have you feeling a bit less hemmed in. Perhaps you are anxious to hurry and re-open, or maybe you are nervous about what that means for you and your family. No matter what you are feeling, give yourself permission to feel it.
You may be asking yourself where we go from here? We think that this is the perfect opportunity to consider what things are most meaningful. What will you add back in when you are able, and what isn't as necessary as you once thought it to be? Taking the time to thoughtfully contemplate these questions and speak with your loved ones will create space for what the new normal looks like. The possibilities are endless!
This is not the time to let up on your self-care. It continues to be extremely important in order to do all you do for others without burning out. Indulge yourself in some music and dancing, a quiet drive or walk, or going all out with a self mani/pedi using scented oils and a lovely candle. Find what makes you feel pampered and do that!
We know that covid-19 has impacted you in ways large and small. We acknowledge all it takes for you to get through the days. We are grateful for all of the front-line workers continuing to provide services. Every day we send love, healing, and comfort out into the world, and we invite you to join us. Together our efforts are multiplied!
The shift into hopefulness and light is happening and we can move it forward together. Every moment you choose calm, love, and possibility moves the world a bit more in the direction of a brighter future.
Lastly, Speaking of pampering- Happy Mother's Day to all who have mothered anyone, whether you are a biological mother or not. We hope you have a beautiful day!!
Thank you for being here, for allowing us to be your guides on this journey, and for being in the flow of what is.
With Light and Love,
Amy and Kristi
