“We pray our Open Bible family is doing well. The Lifesong Learning Center is open and the computer and sewing programs are going well. Many women have been coming to the Center to learn how to sow, but we do not have enough sewing machines to allow them all to take classes. Please pray that the Lord will provide funds for us to be able to purchase more sewing machines.
“Sarin and I had the privilege to help three local widows by giving them chicks to raise and vegetables to grow so they can support themselves. Many people are suffering because they can’t find legitimate work in the city. Some of the young girls who attend our church said they needed to quit school because of family hardship. They were going to go to the city to look for jobs to financially help their families. Due to the high amount of sex trafficking in Cambodia we were worried for the girls’ safety and knew we had to do something. We were able to come alongside of these girl’s families to help them out so that the girls can continue to go to school. Please pray that God will provide for us to be able to continue to provide chicks and vegetables to widows and financial support for the girls’ families we are helping. Pray also for the youth that are looking for work in the city, that they will not fall prey to the sex traffickers.”

“I will attend a four-day Open Bible national conference in Lutsk that begins tomorrow. Please pray for safety as I travel and for God to bless and anoint the conference. Pray also for those who live in the same region as I do. There has been an increase in coronavirus cases, and we are back in lockdown.”

“We want to say a huge thank you to missionaries Mike and Pam Lumbard for visiting Puente de Amistad! We look forward to having them back in two months as they lead a small group of future missionaries over a five-week, intense, cross-cultural experience, here in Mexico.
“We are also looking forward to partnering with them as they help lead a pastor's leadership training course here at the base for local pastors who want to go deeper with the Lord in their life, community, and church. Can't wait to have them back!”

“I praise God for His anointing upon the youth who attended the annual Thanksgiving service. The youth had a wonderful time with three teens accepting Christ as their Lord and Savior, and many others came forward to rededicate their lives to Him.”
“We spent three days in the village of Mare this week. Pastor Dieu Donne’s mother was a child when Tom’s parents lived in the village of Kalexe. Tom’s dad taught Pastor Donne’s mother a little Baga song (a song from the region in which she was raised) when she was young, and she has never forgotten it. She was so sweet to sing the song for us.”
