To view your room assignment, and if applicable, roommate and/or suitemate information, visit the Housing Portal at go.wfu.edu/housingportal. To find your assignment, simply choose My Housing from the Housing Portal homepage.
Please note: If you have not yet provided your cell phone number or Deacon OneCard photo, you will not be able to view your assignment today. Once you update those items, you will need to wait for our overnight system refresh before you can view your assignment. If you or your proxy has not yet signed your housing agreement, you'll be prompted to do that before being able to view your assignment as well.
A few housing reminders
- The information available in your Housing Portal will include a Roomie link that lets you view your room in 3D and start planning your space. This can be a great opportunity for roommates to start discussing how they will share and arrange their new space.
- We cannot provide individual room measurements or furniture dimensions, nor can we provide access to view your assigned room if you visit campus.
- Housing assignments will not be changed based on building or roommate preferences; students are encouraged to begin connecting with their roommate and suitemates, as applicable, and to prepare for their new community.
