Hamilton's unemployment rate continued to remain low in quarter 4. There were a total of 5,684 online job vacancies from October to December 2019.

While hard skills are usually very specific to a person’s role in their company, the top soft skills are needed to be successful in nearly any role.
Creativity, topped the list of the five most in-demand soft skills for the year, followed by persuasion, collaboration, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
