Tasting notes: This Pinot Noir, made from organically grown grapes certified by the ECOCERT, bears the spirit of our estate workers, pedaling their way to our vineyards each day. Quite appealing with its rich, deep red color, this wine has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own; it’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This bright and lively Pinot Noir made from organically grown grapes has good aromatic intensity with notes of berries such as cherry and raspberry with well-incorporated hints of wood. On the palate, it has a medium concentration and is round, well balanced, juicy and persistent.

Pairing: pairs well with fish, poultry, duck, game, thin-crust pizza and mature cheeses.

Gray Whale Gin

Proof: 86

Every bottle of Gray Whale Gin supports Oceana, protecting and restoring the world's oceans.

Every year the California Gray Whale makes a 12,000 mile journey from the warm lagoons of the Baja Peninsula to the cool waters of the Arctic. Gray Whale Small Batch Gin is a celebration of this incredible journey.

Taste your way along the Pacific Coastline with every sip of this award winning gin. First the aroma of fresh citrus hits you, followed by juniper and a subtle hint of coastal fir trees. As you move up the path, cool mint and the umami flavors of Kombu sea kelp are rounded out by a beautiful, lasting almond finish. Our botanicals create a unique taste that makes Gray Whale unlike any other gin in the world. Enjoy the journey.

Our botanicals are sustainably sourced from organic farms or they are wild harvested; foraged along the migratory path of the California Gray Whale.
