The Gift of Giving
There are many organizations sponsoring holiday toy, coat, and food  drives and other services to support our neighbors in need.  
Here are just a few:  
 
City Lights, Bright Holiday Nights 
The City of White Plains will kick off the holiday season on Sunday, December 3rd with the annual City Lights, Bright Holiday Nights Community Celebration from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Court Street between Main Street and Martine Ave.  Guests will enjoy an evening of family entertainment in the heart of White Plains. 

Please join us for holiday music, tasty treats, an ice carving exhibit, tree lighting and a visit from Santa and his friends Rudolph and Frosty the Snowman.

This is a free community event.
Great Shopping & Entertainment On Tap for Winterfest in Downtown White Plains

Now in its third year, WinterFest Holiday Market is a  special shopping and entertainment experience that brings the community together with festive music, food and shopping. 

Conveniently located on Court Street between Main St. and Martine Ave., WinterFest will run from Wed., Dec. 20th to Sun., Dec. 24th:

WinterFest will also offer prepared food.  Enjoy lunch, dinner, dessert or a glass of Gluhwein  (traditional holiday mulled wine) and a full line-up of festive music and activities for the whole family.   Here's the schedule of performances and activities:
