While it's a highly discussed topic, there are times that it doesn't seem like we have as much information as we need. COVID-19 Vaccine Fact or Fiction
With all of the avenues of information we have nowadays, there's a lot of facts, but also a lot of myths. You may have heard some in regards to the vaccine, so please follow the links below and let the CDC and University of Pennsylvania Medicine help provide you with some answers!
Vaccine Rollout - Montgomery County
If you're wondering where to go in order to pre-register for the vaccine, look no further than the link below! You can also find Montgomery County figures that are updated weekly and links to other helpful information!

Pre-registration in Montgomery County is open for the following groups:

  • Persons ages 65 and older
  • Persons ages 18-64 with high-risk conditions:
  • Cancer
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • COPD
  • Down Syndrome
  • Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies
  • Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant or from blood or bone marrow transplant, immune deficiencies, HIV, use of corticosteroids, or use of other immune weakening medicines
  • Obesity (body mass index [BMI] of 30 kg/m2 or higher but < 40 kg/m2)
  • Severe Obesity (BMI ≥ 40 kg/m2)
  • Pregnancy
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Smoking
  • Type 2 diabetes mellitus
