These last few months have been extremely tough with quarantine, social distancing, constant uncertainty and the big changes to our daily life. That being the case, we all need to continually assess and maintain our health, especially our mental health. Over the years, we've gotten very used to our daily routines, including working at the office, kids going to school and being able to shop/eat-out with virtually no restrictions. With all of that halted on a dime, it is more important than ever to make sure we incorporate stress-relief into our lives and remember the importance of our mental health.
While there are many things we can do to handle stress, sometimes life can become so overwhelming that we don't know what to do next. If this happens to you, remember to slow down and take a deep breath to "reset" back to a functioning state. Life can be overwhelming, especially during these times, but remember that there's support and help out there.
