Dear RSA Member,

The deadline to submit proposals for  Whiting Public Engagement Fellowships has been extended to Friday, 15 May 2020 . The 2021–22 fellowships will award $50,000 for fully developed public engagement projects and $10,000 for developing new projects. Guidelines are available  online .

Any RSA member who is an early-career faculty member at a US institution (that is, not tenured or who earned tenure at or after the end of the 2014-15 academic year) is eligible to apply to be an RSA nominee for a Whiting Public Engagement Fellowship or Seed Grant. Information about the most recent cohort of Public Engagement grant recipients is available  here .

To apply for consideration to be an RSA nominee, please follow the Whiting guidelines for proposals  and submit your proposal to the RSA’s Executive Director, Carla Zecher ( ) no later than May 15.
