Trinity Trumpeter | February 13, 2026 | | The Question That Changes Everything | | |
As we prepare our hearts for the beginning of Lent, we enter into a sacred question that echoes through the Gospel of John and into our own lives: Who You Say I Am? Throughout this Lenten season, we will journey step by step through the final chapters of Jesus’ fulfillment of His purpose. Each week, we will encounter a different declaration revealed not only in His words, but in His actions, His suffering, and His victory.
We will see that He is Power as He calls Lazarus from the grave.
He is Humble as He kneels to wash His disciples’ feet.
He is Rejected and treated as a Threat, standing silent before accusation.
He is Condemned, though innocent.
He is King, even when crowned with thorns.
He is Thirsty, fully entering into human suffering.
He is the Lamb, giving Himself for the world.
And on Easter morning, He is Resurrection, calling us by name into new life.
This season invites us to slow down and look closely at who Jesus reveals Himself to be. But it also gently turns the question toward us. If this is who He is, then who are we because of Him? How does His power reshape our fear? How does His humility challenge our pride? How does His resurrection redefine our hope?
Lent is not simply a countdown to Easter. It is a walk through the tension, the sacrifice, and the love that makes Easter possible. As we mark our foreheads with ashes next week, we begin a journey of repentance, reflection, and renewal. May this season help us answer with greater clarity, greater surrender, and greater faith the question that changes everything:
Who do you say He is?

Lent Devotional: Grace Unfolding
This Lent, we invite you to journey together through Grace Unfolding, a devotional designed to help us slow down, reflect deeply, and open our hearts to the transforming work of God’s grace. Each day offers Scripture, reflection, and prayer to guide us as we walk toward the cross and the hope of Easter.
Throughout the season, we’ll also gather for a weekly “Rally Point” on Wednesdays after the worship service. This will be a time to connect, share insights, ask questions, and encourage one another as we move through the devotional together.
Whether you’ve observed Lent for years or this is your first time, there’s a place for you in this journey. Join us as we let grace unfold in us and among us this season.
Limited Printed copies will be on the Square One tables. There will be a sign up sheet if you'd like a printed copy or you can reply to this email and we'll get a copy printed for you. Below is the button to the digital link.

Help Us Feed Gerald the Giraffe!
In Treehouse Worship, we’re teaching our kids about giving—and our favorite way to do that is by feeding Gerald the Giraffe each Sunday!
The kids LOVE dropping their coins in to help Gerald grow strong and tall. Sometimes we have new friends join us who didn’t know it was feeding time, and we want every child to have a chance to give.
If you have any spare change rattling around in your car, couch cushions, or junk drawer, Gerald would be very grateful!
You can drop off donations at the church office
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Thanks for helping our kids learn generous hearts—one coin at a time!
