Independent, Science-Based Evidence To Empower Canadians

Issue 2023 - Week 01       View this newsletter in your browser

Hello Sonya,

At the Canadian Covid Care Alliance we are dedicated to sharing evidence-based information to empower Canadians to remain safe and healthy.

The speed of science should not be faster than the speed of safety. Emergency authorization for the COVID-19 genetic vaccine rollout was based on preliminary clinical trials. Key issues were overlooked during these trials. This raises questions about their claims of being safe and effective. More importantly, it raises concerns about the validity of the emergency authorization.

Concerning safety signals have been noted since the COVID-19 genetic vaccine rollout. These have also been dismissed. Altogether, this evidence supports a halting of the COVID-19 genetic vaccine program until further analysis are undertaken.

Virus Variants and Vaccine Effectiveness

Why is it difficult to make a vaccine for coronaviruses? Dr Ryan Cole provides testimony for the public hearings of Senator Ron Johnson held on December 7, 2022. He explains that the COVID-19 genetic vaccines are targeting the part of the virus that frequently and rapidly mutates and for that reason, we will always be playing catch up to the newest variant.

A Citizens' Hearing Testimony

Brook Jackson, Pfizer whistleblower, was a regional director for one of the COVID-19 genetic vaccine clinical trial sites. During the 3-day Citizens' Hearing in June, 2022, Ms Jackson testified that after reporting breaches in data integrity and quality assurances, she was fired within 18 days of starting her job. She details her experience and concerns here.

Below is an overview of Brook Jackson's data integrity and regulatory oversight concerns in a British Medical Journal (BMJ) Investigation.

Explained: Pfizer's EUA Was Granted Based on Less Than 0.4% of Clinical Trial Participants

Scientists at the Daily Clout have done an initial analysis of the 170 patients who were deemed eligible for the final efficacy analysis in the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 genetic clinical trial. These were the participants whose outcomes resulted in granting the EUA in the US. The team has discovered that many participants did not actually meet eligibility criteria. Other questions about the participants require further investigation. The investigators argue that since not enough participants were eligible, the criteria for the EUA were not met and the EUA should have been revoked.

FDA Oversight Critique

COVID-19 genetic vaccines and drugs were developed at "warp speed". Experts are concerned that the US Food and Drug Administration inspected too few clinical trial sites to have a good grasp on the quality of the trials.
