Ambassadors on the Move
INSURANCE CENTER OF BUFFALO
310 10th Ave S
763-682-4890

To quickly sum up what the Insurance Center of Buffalo provides the community can be found in their motto, " "Insurance"… we do that!" After visiting with Gary and his team I would add they "do that" at a level of service that is second to none! Great organizations have great people and the Insurance Center of Buffalo is no exception. When you walk in you will find this team of local support:

Gary Trogstad
Gary has been in the insurance industry since 1979 and specializes in Commercial/Business insurance for property, liability, auto and workers compensation along with providing employee benefit solutions for Group Health, Dental, Life and Disability.

He works closely with each client to tailor insurance coverage to meet each client’s particular needs, maximizing their coverage, and providing quality products at a competitive price. Service after the sale is crucial to provide our customers with “Peace of Mind”. Gary and his wife, Lori, have lived in Buffalo since 1990. He is committed to supporting the area with his participation in the Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce and many other community activities. He enjoys motorcycling and watching sports.

Kelly Bruggeman
Kelly is the Insurance Center’s Personal Lines Agent and Manager. Kelly can help with your personal insurance needs, such as home, automobile, motorcycle, boats, ATV’s and travel trailers. Kelly is proud of the Insurance Center’s strong philosophy of quality customer service.

“I am now helping the 2nd generation of some of my long-time clients, which is very gratifying” shares Kelly. She has often said; “I have been in the insurance field for over 36 years; either I like what I do, or I am in a rut…both are incorrect – I LOVE what I do, and I LOVE working with people.” She is a motorcycle and classic car enthusiast. Kelly’s greatest joy is spending time and traveling with her growing family.

Kailee Mastel
Kailee is a BHS and college graduate and started working with the Insurance Center of Buffalo in 2012 and is the Vice President, Finance/IT Director, and manages the Benefits book of business. She specializes in Medicare, Life Insurance, Disability Income, and Health insurance for individuals and families; she also works with business owners to provide benefit packages to their employees.

Kailee enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients and educating individuals on the ever-changing ‘world’ of health insurance. Kailee enjoys living on the lake, camping, crafting and party planning, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two sons.

Kandace Nelles
Kandace just joined the team but brings 30 years of experience with her, specializing in Commercial business as the Commercial Lines Account Manager. Kandace believes that relationship building is one of the most important aspects of her job.

She truly enjoys working with business owners, and helping them grow their business and manage their risk. When Kandace isn’t working, she enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling, and being with her family, especially her grandson and granddaughter.

Padriana Jordan
Padriana is the Account Manager for both the Personal Lines business and Benefits business. Padriana enjoys the interaction with existing and new clients, and helping them with meeting their needs. She believes that each client brings familiar and new faces, and she is looking forward to continuing her career and building relationships with everyone who walks through the door.

Padriana is a BHS graduate, and recently took a leap with a career change; initially wanting to learn why she was personally paying for her own insurance, which has quickly evolved into wanting to help others with insurance education. Her and her fiance have two dogs and love participating in outdoor sports throughout all seasons, with their favorite activity being chasing tip ups while ice fishing, and spending quality time with their BIG families.

Ashley Herrick
Ashley finds passion in educating, as well as serving, those in the community she was raised in. She enjoys watching the community grow and evolve, and is excited to be a part of the future of Buffalo. Ashley believes, “the better you know your clients, the better you can serve them; building relationships is key.” In her free time, she enjoys scrap-booking and card making, baking, reading, and camping in Northern Minnesota with her family. Ashley loves being a mother and adores her children.

The Insurance Center moved into their current building in 2016 and Gary and his team really want to let you all know that they are there to help! They desire to be a proactive agency with their customers and helping to educate them along the way. It is important to them that their customers know why they have the insurance they have and what it will do for them. This dedication was recognized by Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America when Insurance Center of Buffalo was presented the "Big I" Best Practices award and now they are helping other agencies around the countries! They are passionate about the city of Buffalo and work tirelessly every day to serve our community well!

Come meet the team - they will be hosting our next Good Morning Buffalo on September 17th!

CELEBRATING ANNIVERSARIES WITH OUR MEMBERS!

Just as you get to celebrate anniversary dates with your employees, we get to do the same for our members. Did you know some of our members have been with us since the inception of the Chamber? Thank you Thomes Insurance for one! We are privileged to have you all in our membership family. Thank you for your leadership in our community!

We had fun delivering beautiful plants from Buffalo Floral and know that we are smiling under those masks!
Celebrating 25 years of membership above at Buffalo Hospital/Allina with President Kelly Spratt. Then celebrating 30 years at Edina Realty with Shelly Matuska and Rhonda Carlson.
We traveled downtown to Edward Jones/Brandon Walters and thanked him for his 15 years of membership. Nobody was home at JMSC Futurity, but we graced them with a plant for their 30 years of membership!
Becky Klatt/Klatt True Value has been a member for over 40 years but the winner in longevity is Thomes Insurance- going back further than our records detail - but somewhere near 80 years! Thank you Thomes family for your investment! Shown is Lana Fabel, Blake Miller and owner Greg Thomes.
