     We all want innovation to thrive within our business enterprises. But who is the best person to lead the innovation process in your company? I take a crack at answering that pivotal question.

Who should lead your innovation process?            
     Innovation is the current watchword for success, the key to corporate growth or survival, the Holy Grail of business. Well, perhaps that's going a bit overboard, but it's hard to argue persuasively that innovation is unimportant.

     Identifying the optimal innovation leader is obviously pretty important. I've put together a white paper that identifies three broad categories of corporate resources, then attempts to generalize the best personnel assignments from start to finish.
But first ...
