Although today's PGG is from the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2014, the message and themes are relevant at any time, particularly as things continue to accelerate and it feels like we have many years in one! Plus we just had a lunar eclipse last night, a solar eclipse in two weeks and then the Winter Solstice a month from now - all of which are powerful turning points for energy besides our traditional calendar.

You can also apply it to your birthday, as another revolution around the sun also marks the the beginning of your own personal new year. I just had mine on Wednesday and it felt like a big shift of ending one era that could be defined in many ways and the beginning of a new one that has been in the works for decades, if not lifetimes!

Personal growth, transformation and any kind of profound internal or external change - all of these things take consistent intention, attention and focus over time, and the results can hardly feel tangible in the daily. But when you do experience those bigger shifts, remember it wouldn’t have happened without the years, days, and minutes of slowing down to reflect, adjust and ultimately go THROUGH whatever life is bringing your way. I’m grateful that - with a lot of blood, sweat and tears! - I've turned a corner internally and as we go into this season of uncertainty and challenge I feel stronger and as mentally and emotionally prepared as I can be to face them, as our country goes through its own big cycle of transformation as well.

This Thanksgiving holiday week, reflect on how far you've come and be grateful for all the twists and turns that have gotten you where you are. And think about what you can do to make yourself stronger, more self-aware, in touch with and connected to yourself so that you can navigate life in the best possible way going forward? If you'd like some help with that I'm here to guide and support, and am offering a 10% discount when you use Coupon Code THANKFUL10 now through November 30th.

For the PGG Video of the Week I remind you that the acorn doesn't become an oak tree overnight; and this week's Instagram post is about how I practice what I preach. And for the PGG Vibe of the Week, from my favorite album of all time, is Aretha Franklin's Never Walk Alone.

Last but not least, if you look forward to and benefit from these weekly missives and PGG essays and want to show your gratitude, any donations for my efforts are welcome and appreciated here: And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving! I am so grateful we are on this journey together <3
