Kydex is a moldable plastic that makes a great sheath option for just about any knife. In addition to its rugged good looks and truly customizable nature, Kydex offers a plethora of modular mounting choices. The durable and individually molded sheath offers solid retention with a satisfying “CLICK” when you insert the knife.
Unlike leather sheaths, Kydex comes in several material colors, patterns, and numerous rivet colors. There are two base styles to choose from. The first style is a two-piece design called a Pancake and the second style is a one piece fold-over design lovingly known as a Taco. Both designs are compatible with Tek Lok, Ulti Clip, PALS (Molle) attachments, or a leather backer on the Pancake version.
