Why Pray?

Last week during our Online Prayer Gathering, Pastor Alex shared his heart, reminding us why we pray (based on John 15). If you missed it, watch the video below and be encouraged to ABIDE with the Lord in prayer.  

Pastor Alex also announced the NEW day and time for our weekly online prayer gathering - Wednesdays from 7:00-7:30am. Join us live online OR if that time does not work for you, stream it 
via Carmel's YouTube channel.  Tomorrow Pastor Alex leads us through an encouraging time of praying through Hebrews 10:23-25. Be sure to join us!

On-Campus Worship Requirements
If you plan to worship on-campus on Sundays, please note:
  • Registration is necessary. This ensures we do not exceed our reduced capacity and everyone has a seat. 
  • Masks are required and need to cover both mouth and nose. If you are not able to wear a mask while inside Carmel, please continue to worship online from home. NOTE: Children 5 years and younger will not be required to wear a mask.

Thursday - Special Needs Planning Seminar
JOY Ministry is hosting a planning seminar this Thursday, September 3 at 12pm, for those with older/adult special needs children.  During this seminar we will answer questions about how to plan for your adult special needs child after you are gone. Praise for the E3, Crossroads, and Home Educators groups for helping with the Luaus at Carrington Place in August! Although we couldn't see our dear friends in person, at least we got to help brighten their day!
