About the Program

The Cedars-Sinai Master's Degree in Health Delivery Science (MHDS) program is designed to train tomorrow’s healthcare leaders. The fully accredited curriculum prepares graduates for a successful career in emerging healthcare fields, including digital health science, mobile health, health technology assessment, big data analytics, performance improvement, leadership training and health economics.
As telemedicine and remote patient monitoring become more relevant than ever before, healthcare systems must ensure they implement best practices in digital health and information technology in a way that is meaningful and scalable. The Cedars-Sinai Master's Degree in Health Delivery Science program offers students hands-on training in the skills that health systems will need to succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Cedars-Sinai is currently accredited to offer in-person courses. However, because of the health concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be offering classes online until it is safe to resume in-person classes. In addition, we are currently engaged in an accreditation approval process to deliver the MHDS curriculum in a hybrid program that combines the strengths of in-person and remote teaching, starting September 2, 2021. WSCUC accreditation for this proposed change is pending. For more information about our planned hybrid program, please refer to this link.
About Our Students

The MHDS program consists of a professionally diverse and dynamic group of students representing all aspects of healthcare. The first four cohorts have included doctors, nurses, management assistants, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists, research coordinators, data and financial analysts, biomedical engineers, and many others. The degree is for students who seek to develop foundational skills and knowledge in health delivery science to advance their careers in healthcare organizations.
