As the working environment continues to shift and the 'Great Resignation' remains a concern, many of our clients are knee deep with us in workforce planning strategies for Q4 and 2022.

Together, we are working on retention programs such as:
  • Ensuring your managers and leaders are coaching and developing their team

  • Analyzing compensation market data and adjusting where necessary

  • Creating long term incentive plans

  • And of course, reexamining recruiting, sourcing and ultimately onboarding processes and strategies

Clients are also identifying the type of talent they will need, where they will find them, where they can work and how to develop current staff and fill in gaps.

It's an exciting time to be in HR! As always, we value each and every client that allows us to be a part of their strategic workforce planning process. We love what we do!
