Meet Grady Cramer

Grady has been an integral part of Wiefit for the past two years. A graduate of Morehead State University with a degree in Exercise Science, Grady also excelled on the football field as the starting quarterback for the Eagles. His athletic background gives him a unique perspective on the needs of athletes and the proven benefits that stretching provides for everyone—whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to move and feel better.


Grady’s Wiefit Stretch schedule is filling quickly, but we’re excited to share that additional team members are currently working on their Wie-Flex Therapist Certification to meet growing demand.


Before joining Wiefit full-time, Grady worked with StretchLab, where he gained valuable experience. Together, we took the best parts of that program and enhanced them—making PNF stretching the foundation of Wiefit Stretch.

We’re proud to share that Charlotte has been voted the Dayton Daily News Athlete of the Week!


Many of you may remember seeing Charlotte’s transformation a few months ago. Since then, she’s continued to elevate her game—adding significant muscle while staying lean and powerful. The results speak for themselves: she looks and performs like a professional-level athlete, and she’s still only a junior at Lehman Catholic!


At Wiefit, we often hear parents say they want their sons to get bigger, faster, and stronger. But Charlotte’s success is proof that female athletes can achieve incredible results too. The key is the right balance of training and nutrition. Many young women are hesitant to eat enough for growth, worrying about body fat. With our Wiefit Carb Cycling Program, we’re able to build lean muscle while actually reducing fat.


Charlotte follows her Customized Wiefit Meal Plan with outstanding discipline (95–100% adherence each month), and it shows. Training alone only goes so far—without proper nutrition, real muscle growth is nearly impossible.
