Turn the canyons and rivers of the Colorado Plateau into your spring semester classrooms! Students on WRFI's Colorado Plateau: Desert Canyons & Cultures course get to spend two months exploring the landscapes and watersheds of the desert southwest while learning about cultural and ecological resilience in a region of extremes.

As they learn about Indigenous knowledge and history, desert ecology, and the various ways that human and ecological communities continue to adapt in these evolving landscapes, students on this course earn an entire semester's worth of upper division credits in:
