THAT SPECIAL INGREDIENT!
Submit your favorite family recipes by NOVEMBER 2nd
The families of Saint Andrew Catholic School are compiling a COOKBOOK of our favorite recipes! This project is a fundraiser supporting the 2019 Saint Andrew Catholic School Auction, and 10% of cookbook sales will be donated to our Food Pantry Outreach.

We need your recipes! Some of us love to cook...and some of us,
well, don’t...but regardless of how you feel, we all have to eat! We have an eclectic group of families that support and contribute to this school. As a COMMUNITY, we can INSPIRE each other!

Contributing recipes to the cookbook is an EASY process!!! Here is how:

1) Go to the website www.typensave.com

2) Login with the username: wildcat.recipes18 and password: popcorn496

3) Briefly read the “Recipe Writing Tips.” It will show you just how SIMPLE this process is. Include what makes this recipe SPECIAL TO YOUR FAMILY in the NOTE section.

4) Click on the “Add Recipes” tool and follow the prompts.

5) SPELL CHECK; Preview; SAVE!

Cookbooks will be ready by Grandparent’s Day (February 1) and will sell for $25/each.

Like most efforts at Saint Andrew Catholic School, the success of this project depends on YOUR SUPPORT. Please, take 5 minutes to share something from the heart of your home with your Saint Andrew’s family.

VISIT OUR CHURCH ON FRIDAY AND
PRAY FOR THE HOLY SOULS

It is an old and treasured custom for Catholics to visit a Catholic Church or Adoration Chapel on the Feast of All Souls. Consequently, our church will be kept open on Friday, November 2nd from 9:00am - 6:00pm for people to come in and visit the Blessed Sacrament in the Tabernacle and say some prayers for the Holy Souls. The building will still have construction going on, and noise abounds, but the ability to visit Our Lord and Savior in the Reserved Blessed Sacrament is strongly encouraged. We have the opportunity to pray for them always, but particularly on their Feast Day, when many are delivered into Paradise by the atoning prayers of the Faithful on Earth.

Pray for relatives and friends and the most in need of intercessory prayer depending on our intercessory prayers for Heaven's sake.

MILLS UNIFORM COMPANY'S
2018 FALL SALE STARTS IN 2 WEEKS
MONTH OF THE HOLY SOULS

Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die."

Each year during the month of November, the Church offers us the opportunity to remember in a special way our deceased relatives and friends. We do this with a firm faith in our future reunion with them forever.

Saint Andrew Catholic School faculty & students would like to offer prayers for the deceased loved ones of our alumni, benefactors, friends, family members and parishioners. We have opened an online form for you to indicate the names of your beloved deceased. We will pray for the Holy Souls of Purgatory during weekly all school Masses, morning prayers, and while attending adoration throughout the month of November. In this way, your remembrance and ours will be made more personal.

Please do not send an offering. This is Saint Andrew Catholic School's gift to you. Thank you for all you do for SAS!

Please  click here  to enter the names of your loved ones.
