Inspire Every Student, Every Day

Quarter 2 Begins!

Greetings Megan,

As we start quarter 2 we want to remind our middle school and high school families to check quarter 1 grades in Parent Portal which were posted on November 4. Our elementary students' grades will be posted at the end of each semester, not quarterly. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your student's progress please contact their teacher directly. Our teachers are available for Parent-Teacher Conferences throughout the school year.

Prairie Woods News

On Friday, November 11, 2022, we are extremely excited to welcome several veterans to Prairie Woods. The veterans will be talking to various classrooms about their experiences and what it means to be a veteran. As a thank you, the staff and students have designed a brief assembly to thank the veterans. We couldn’t be more excited to have them spend time with us. In addition, Prairie Woods staff and students wish to thank all veterans and active military families for their dedication and sacrifice to our nation.

Middle School Minutes

As part of a community service project for their art class, Avery Dierenfeld and Ella Eickhorst painted a "math" and "sports" window in Mr. Lieser's classroom windows. Theses windows overlook a hallway and really make the classroom "pop". Thank you to Avery and Ella for an outstanding job. We're amazed by the talent student our students have! Their hard work is pictured below.

Respect Ownership Attitude and Responsibility (ROAR)

Each week, we will be awarding the Middle School R.O.A.R Award. One of our recent recipients was Kaelyn Solberg. She nominated by Mr. Reginer for bringing a great spark to class and being friendly, caring and fun. Congratulations Kaelyn!

Our next recipient was Silas Wharton. Silas was nominated by Mr. Bushman for putting forth his best effort in class and always haing a postitive attitude. Congratulations Silas!

Is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
