Compliance Inspection FAQs

Properties in Wilde Lake should be inspected for compliance with the Wilde Lake Village Covenants, a legally binding document, prior to sale or transfer. The process is simple:

  • To request an inspection, complete our online Request for Letter of Compliance form (requires Adobe Reader) and email it to [email protected]. Forms can also be picked up from Slayton House upon request.
  • Consider requesting an inspection as soon as you decide to put your house on the market. This way, any exterior issues will be noted early in the process, and you'll have time to remedy them.
  • There is no cost for the inspection, and no one needs to be present at the time of the inspection.
  • Inspections are conducted within five (5) business days of the receipt of the request.
  • If the property is in full compliance, a letter of Compliance is issued. If any covenant violations, including unapproved exterior alterations, are present, they are documented and shared with the current owner of the property.
  • Reinspections are always recommended once violations have been resolved. Violations that are not resolved prior to transfer become the responsibility of the purchaser to resolve.

Questions? Contact Lexi Levy Milani, covenant advisor, at [email protected] or 410-730-3987.

March Health & Wellness

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. • Numbness or weakness in one or more limbs that typically occurs on one side of your body at a time
  • Tingling
  • Electric-shock sensations that occur with certain neck movements, especially bending the neck forward
  • Lack of coordination
  • Unsteady gait or inability to walk
  • Partial or complete loss of vision, usually in one eye at a time, often with pain during eye movement
  • Prolonged double vision
  • Blurry vision
  • Vertigo
  • Problems with sexual, bowel and bladder function
  • Fatigue
  • Slurred speech
  • Cognitive problems
  • Mood disturbances
