This weekend I'll be at Medway Pride on Saturday presenting amazing hoops, demos and all around good times. This weekend is supposed to be glorious; why not laugh, shop and hoop the day away with friends and neighbours??

Roots & Wings / Natick Fitness Day

I spent last Saturday at the Natick Fitness Day with Maggie and our Roots and Wings Family! Here's a MetroWest Daily News post about the day!

We spent the day laughing and playing in the hoop with children (of ALL ages!). Roots and Wings holds two hooping classes: Tuesdays at 3:30 PM and Thursday mornings at 9.30 AM.

Hoop Tips Series Coming Soon!

This weekend I will be starting my series on the basics of hooping on my website. We will go through techniques to engage your body and relax your mind all while hooping. These spoonfuls of information will tune your body and mind and enhance your hooping experience. Keep an eye on the website in the coming weeks to see the videos!

Coming up on June 11th, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, I will be hosting a workshop. More info should be available here shortly (if it isn't yet already). Join me to decorate and create your own hoop to fit your fun and playful personality and then get that hoop in motion!
The first half of the class we will adorn our funky hoops followed by a lesson in and exploration of your NEW and UNIQUE hoop. Sign up today for this hands (and hips) on workshop.
The cost is $20 for the workshop + $20 for the supplies = $40 grand total. Space is limited, so sign up early: email kat@wildkathoops.com to reserve your spot today!

Ben Speaks - Issues for Children Growing Up

My new friend Judy Giovangelo will be hosting a round table discussion about the growing concerns and issues for children growing up. This Impact Presentation & Round Table Discussion is for parents, caregivers, and supporters of children and teens in the Natick community and surrounding towns.
