I hope all is well with you!  I've been bustling around with tons of classes, hoops and doing my master trainer duties with Hoopnotica.  It's been crazy and I couldn't be happier!!  Check below for class updates and more.

Wildkat Hoops home base at LOVE Pole Fitness has expanded!  LOVE is still in the Bellingham Plaza at 15 N. Main Street, Bellingham, MA, but now we are in unit C-14!!!  Come in to see the hoop and other alternative fitness classes!!  We have fantastic specials for new students.  Join in on a supportive and safe environment run by certified instructors!

This Sunday, May 5th, LOVE Pole Fitness will be hosting an open house along with all the businesses at the Bellingham Plaza!  The plaza has so many new companies and each will be offering specials for their services.  It's a great way to support local businesses!!

As you may know, I am a Master Trainer with Hoopnotica.  I've been so lucky to recently join my dear friend and colleague Jacqui Becker in Costa Rica for teacher training and workshops at Bamboo Yoga Play and retreat.

This past week Jacqui was featured on Good Morning America!  I couldn't be happier for my hoop sister!  It's a great push for the whole Hoopnotica family!  I just got back from a wonderful teacher training in Littleton, NH.  The women were truly inspirational and I felt so amazing after I returned home.

This Saturday May 4th from 9am-1pm, we will be at the Natick Farmers Market at the Natick Common.

We will have hoops for use and tons to buy!!!  I will also have bargain bin hoops at a discounted price!!  Come down, try one on for size, and maybe grab some delicious fresh produce while you're there!!!
