What We Do~
Midwest Dharma Wheel offers several ways to engage in growth and self-care. In 2018 we relocated to our current home and have created a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Non-Profit Contemplative, Healing, and Spiritual Center.
We offer:
Support for Physical Health through various movement modalities such as Yoga, Pilates, and Rehabilitative Movement Therapies.
Holistic Health Services and Classes rooted in Ayurvedic Medicine.
Psychological Support and Counsel through Jungian psychotherapy.
Eastern Contemplative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy on an individual level and offered through classes.
Support for Individual Growth through personal mentoring.
Committed Meditation Practice rooted in Eastern Contemplative spiritual traditions.
Midwest Dharma Wheel is a unique container for the development of Wholeness. There is an unbroken thread that runs through all our offerings, which provides a level of continuity that is rare to find today. Lee and Cary have laid the groundwork to support the integration of psyche, healthy embodiment, and spiritual growth according to the needs of the individual. The local community has been influenced by their work in many ways. Lee and Cary are committed to personal and authentic care for everyone who comes to work with them.
