The Choices We Make

Napa Valley CanDo seeks to inspire and facilitate action  by alerting interested Valley residents about opportunities for service. If you participate as a volunteer in an activity that you learned about through Napa Valley CanDo, whether initiated by CanDo or another organization, please take personal responsibility for your involvement. Use common sense. Only you can determine whether an activity is a good fit, that is to say  compatible with your interests and abilities.

NOT  THIS  ONE!

Saturday, Nov. 4, 26 remarkable local nonprofits sent reps to the Napa Farmers Market. We were graciously hosted by Cara Mae and her crew.

What do you do when you have to "work" on a Saturday morning?  You greet neighbors, play in the sun, share news of your nonprofit's work and celebrate distribution of this year's Give!Guide catalog. In between, you  drink coffee,  eat strawberries, indulge in Annie the Baker's extraordinary cookies, and soak up the CanDo Spirit.

See more photos here.
