Newsletter September 2018
September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month
September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, SHARE is joining with other ovarian cancer organizations for the #IWishIKnew campaign, spreading what real ovarian cancer survivors wish they had known, and what they wish the public knew, about ovarian cancer. The campaign will take place across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram throughout the month. Visit to join the campaign, and help us spread the wisdom of ovarian cancer survivors and patients! See also our expanded list of ovarian education programs during September, below.
It's Not Too Late to Join Us for A Second Helping of Life!
We're only a couple of weeks away from the 15th anniversary of A Second Helping of Life, SHARE's annual fundraiser! Join us at Chelsea Piers on Monday, September 17, for a magical night featuring signature dishes of some of the best women chefs in NYC and celebrity sous chefs! This event helps make SHARE's work throughout the rest of the year possible.
