We are so excited for our 2017 MTM-CNM Family Conference!
The MTM-CNM Family Conference is open for individuals with MTM or CNM, their family members, and medical professionals, researchers, and pharma industry who work with and on behalf of our MTM-CNM community. Registration is required for all conference attendees.

Conference dates: Friday, July 21, 2017 - Sunday, July 23, 2017
Check-in for attendees begins at 2:00 p.m. on Friday
Conference formal program ends at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Sunday
*As noted on our webpage, there will be expanded conference activities this year before and after the Conference program. Continue to check our website and sign up for our newsletters for the most up to date information.
Included in your registration is a conference T-shirt, dinner Friday and Saturday, lunch Saturday and Sunday, all kids activities and all conference events, presentations, and workshops.
Registration Fee Schedule for 2017:
- Individuals diagnosed with MTM/CNM....Free
- Adults 18 and over...........................................$100
- Children 12-17...................................................$50
- Children 4-11.....................................................$25
- Children 0-3......................................................Free
- After June 16, fees will increase, so don't delay!
