Can you help?
Please help this Army Veteran who served in Vietnam create a simple will and power of attorney. The client is on Social Security and would like to take care of his affairs. I Can Help!
Please help this wheelchair-bound client divorce her husband who she claims has been abusive towards her. She is legally blind and has recently suffered a heart attack and a stroke. I Can Help!
Please help this client fight a small claims case filed by her ex-husband. The client has already prevailed in the case but the husband has now filed an appeal. The client believes that this is her ex-husband’s way of harassing her now that they are divorced. I Can Help!
Please help this client adopt her five granddaughters. She has been caring for them for the past five years and was awarded full custody in 2016. She’d like to take the final step of adopting them to continue to provide for their stability. I Can Help!
Thank you attorneys!
We’d like to thank our great volunteers who have closed extended service cases:
Walter McArdle (Spain & Gillion) helped a client protect her assets with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The client called Walter “brilliant” and said, “now there is a lot of stress off of me.”
Rusty Dorr (Maynard) helped a client make arrangements for long-term medical assistance and benefits for his disabled father. Rusty worked with the government and health care providers to determine what options were available and helped him complete the application process.
Whitney Seals (Cochrun & Seals) helped a client file a Claim of Exemption and avoid a garnishment. The court also ordered that all sums previously garnished should be returned to the client.
