"I manage personnel in the call center, Ozark lobby, some back-end billing functionality, and energy auditors. I have a great team of dedicated individuals who help our members connect, disconnect or transfer service, take payments and make payment arrangements for AVECC. My team also helps sign-up members for WAVE and answers WAVE billing questions.
My favorite part about working at AVECC is the people. We are an extended family, which makes coming to work enjoyable. I know that I can count on everyone in the company to support my family and me just as they support our members every day. I can honestly say that working at AVECC has been the best place I have ever worked, and I feel blessed to have been given this opportunity."
