Willows Mayor and Vice Mayor Endorse Coolidge for Assembly!
Evan Hutson, Mayor of Willows and Rick Thomas, Vice Mayor and Former Mayor of Willows, have officially endorsed Andrew Coolidge for State Assembly. They join a growing list of local elected officials who have endorsed the campaign.

He has also run a successful business in the district for the last 32 years and is a lifelong resident of the district.
