Skullgirls Celebrates successful launch 

in New York City


On the evening of May 4th, 2012, Autumn Games, Beats by Dre and The Legion Media Group got special guests ready for fight weekend with the Skullgirls Post-Launch Celebration and The Gamer Lounge kick off held at the Beats By Dre shop in New York City with beverages provided by Cavoda Vodka and hosted by Bad Girls Club alum and gamer Wilmarie Sena.


The event invited an eclectic assortment of specials guests to get their hands on the recently released 2D fighter created by Autumn Games and Reverge Labs and test their skills. The night's soundtrack was provided by DJ Annalog, DJ Furoche and Hot 97's DJ Magic.


Skullgirls was developed by tournament champ Mike "Mike Z" Zaimont and artist Alex "o_8" Aha and released to the Play Station Network and X Box Live Arcade on April 10th of this year to rave reviews from the gaming community. The game will be released to PC later this year and plans are to expand the game onto mobile platforms.


The Gamer Lounge will invite celebrities, tastemakers and influencers to to experience various gaming titles in a laidback, competitive and fun environment. Here gamers both casual and professional will find kindred spirits and be encouraged to embrace their inner geek.
