                              Fifth Get Acquainted Meeting

Pastor Knickerbocker preached with passion as he shared his burden for the new church and proclaimed that "First State Baptist Church should be known as a church that preaches the truth". There were  seventy-two in attendance with fourteen from the community including two more first-time guests. Pastor Jake Reid traveled up from Easton, MD to show support. BCPM helped Easton Baptist start two years ago with Capitol Baptist being the reproducing church. The Lord has blessed this week of meetings and is obviously building His church. Pray now for the first Sunday services and that God's hand will continue to prosper First State Baptist Church.
