Clean Water Delivered. Lives Impacted. | |
We’re proud to partner with Nelson & Company, LLC, our sales partner in Florida, to celebrate a meaningful moment that began at WEFTEC, the largest annual water quality exhibition in North America. After winning our raffle for a Wilo-PAUL (Portable Aqua Unit for Lifesaving), Nelson & Company generously chose to donate the unit to Think Humanity, a non-profit improving lives across East Africa.
We’re excited to share that the Wilo-PAUL has safely arrived in western Uganda at the Think Humanity Secondary School in the Hoima District, just 50 miles from the Uganda/DRC border near Lake Albert, where it serves students from the nearby Kyangwali Refugee Settlement Camp. With this delivery, access to clean water at the school has taken a major step forward, as the unit is already providing clean, safe drinking water to students and teachers, creating an immediate and lasting impact.
Check out our video to see the unboxing and how this small unit is creating BIG change.
| | Riveredge Wet Lab Grand Re-Opening | | With the support of the Wilo-Foundation, a new Wet Lab Classroom is giving young learners the opportunity to explore water through hands-on discovery, environmental education, and real-world experimentation. Located near Wilo USA’s headquarters in Cedarburg, this innovative learning space reflects a shared commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and inspiring the next generation to protect our most vital resource. | | Wilo-Rexa PRO-S Advanced Wastewater Grinder Pump | The Wilo-Rexa PRO-S is engineered to excel in installations with high static delivery heads, offering efficient pressure drainage supported by an optimized combination of hydraulics and a highly effective radial macerator. This radial macerator, equipped with a double-shear effect, ensures excellent anti-clogging capability, making the pump ideal for continuous operation in challenging wastewater environments. The result is a pump that maintains high efficiency while reducing operating costs and minimizing downtime. | | Weil 2641 Simplex Packaged Basin System | Weil has recently released the new 2641 Simplex Packaged Basin System in 2”, 3” and 4” designs. These systems are designed and assembled in Cedarburg, WI and the new Selection Forms make it easier to order a complete system as well as shorten lead time for drawings and manufacturing. | Weil 2536S & 2536 FS Slicer Pumps | Weil has also released two new stainless steel pumps! The new 2536S is a slicer quick remove submersible pump while the 2536FS is the floor mount pump design. Check out the literature below for more information! | | The Rule Behind Flow, Pressure & Power: Affinity Laws Made Simple | Understanding Affinity Laws is essential in pump operation and design because they allow engineers and operators to predict how changes in a pump’s impeller diameter or speed will affect its performance without physically testing every scenario. | | Repair or Replace? Making the Call for Your Submersible Pump | | Submersible pumps are critical assets in wastewater, stormwater, and groundwater applications. When performance declines, utilities and operators must determine whether repairing the existing unit or replacing it with a new pump will deliver the best long-term value. The decision depends on mechanical condition, hydraulic performance, age, operating environment, and lifecycle cost not just the price of parts. | | Join us for immersive training sessions hosted at our facilities across the United States. Get hands-on with a wide range of products and solutions from our family of brands, while learning from expert presenters including engineers, technicians, and sales leaders. | | A big thank you to everyone who attended our November Weil Agent Training! Your thoughtful questions, active participation, and enthusiasm made it another outstanding session. We were proud to welcome team members from CHC Hydro, Boone & Boone Sales Co., Inc., Boyer Sales, and JMP USA, and we look forward to continuing these valuable training sessions together. | | |

Scoring For Sustainability at the Fiserv Forum
In its seventh year since opening, the Fiserv Forum already has a great history behind it when it comes to sustainability. The Wilo-Stratos Giga is a major upgrade from standard inline pumps. It offers 30 to 50 percent energy savings, advanced motor technology, and intelligent control features.
Commissioning the Wilo-Stratos Giga was quick and efficient. The pump's intuitive display made it easy to configure the system accurately. Everything you need is built into the unit, which really streamlines the setup process. That means lower energy consumption, easier system integration, and the long-term reliability.
Chris Spann, VP-Facility Operations of the Milwaukee Bucks: “Exactly what we need in a facility like this. Open LEED Silver in 2018, recertified LEED Gold in 2021, and now most recently recertified LEED Platinum in Operations and Maintenance. We are fortunate enough to have great partners like Wilo that share a commitment to energy and sustainability.”

Wilo-FA Powering Lift Station in North Dakota
Installed across multiple lift stations in a North Dakota municipality, nine Wilo-FA pumps have been in service for more than 10 years with no major issues. Maintenance has been limited to routine service, including oil changes and seal and bearing inspections, with none of the pumps requiring removal for major repairs.
Our team worked alongside Dakota Pump & Control (DPC) to deliver a dependable wastewater solution built for long-term performance. The next step is a planned maintenance agreement to help ensure these lift stations continue operating reliably and efficiently for many years to come.

Reliable Flow for a South Florida Municipality
A municipality in South Florida recently upgraded its pumping system to achieve more reliable and uniform performance. The facility had previously been using mismatched pumps that were underperforming, delivering lower flows than expected.
To address this, American-Marsh supplied two Vertical Turbine 14MFLZ-1 Back Wash Pumps and two 14WCA-2 High Service Pumps, including pump bowl assemblies, shafts, discharge heads, motors, and base plates all designed to match the existing footprint and original plant specifications.
The new installation has standardized the pumps across applications, making maintenance and spare parts management much simpler. Additionally, uniform piping and alignment have resolved previous inconsistencies, and the municipality plans to expand the system next year with two additional High Service Pumps. This successful upgrade was facilitated with support from our sales partner, PSI Technologies of Florida.

When Permanent Systems Wait, Performance Doesn’t
We’re proud to spotlight a recent project completed by our partner Diego Rivera and the team at Flow Atlantic LLC, a clean, well-executed temporary Wilo booster pump solution in Florida.
When projects are in transition and permanent systems aren’t yet in place, maintaining consistent pressure and keeping crews moving is critical. This installation shows how well-designed, long-term temporary solutions can deliver reliability and confidence from day one.
It’s a great example of what’s possible when partners focus on performance, execution, and doing the job right regardless of the timeline.

Running For a Cause: Supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Join us in congratulating American-Marsh’s own Robert Lyles on an incredible achievement at the St. Jude Memphis Marathon on December 6. Robert completed the 26.2-mile race with a new personal best of 3:46:55, improving by an impressive 12 minutes over last year’s time.
Even more inspiring, Robert ran as a St. Jude Hero, supporting the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He has already reached his $1,750 fundraising goal, but there’s still time to help him raise even more!
Congratulations, Robert, we’re proud to have you representing American-Marsh and Wilo both on and off the course.
