Wilo USA is proud to once again sponsor the Wilo USA Cedar Creek Classic, part of the Tour of America’s Dairyland the nation’s largest road cycling series. Held in historic downtown Cedarburg, this thrilling event welcomes cyclists from 15 countries and 40 states to compete on a 1.1-mile course, reaching speeds over 30 mph.
The Cedar Creek Classic reflects Wilo’s commitment to Caring and Connecting, two core pillars of our sustainability strategy. By supporting local events that promote healthy lifestyles, diversity, and community impact, we continue to move people and ideas forward—on and off the racecourse.
| | Facility Renovations Bring New Energy to American-Marsh | | |
We’re excited to share that our American-Marsh facility in Collierville, TN, has recently undergone a series of renovations aimed at boosting efficiency and enhancing the workplace environment.
Highlights include an upgraded machine shop, new impeller and deburr cells, and a modernized groundwater staging area. We’ve also introduced a new supermarket area for our pump products, improved inventory systems, and added updated shipping stations along with a secondary crating area.
To top it off, our employees can now enjoy a fully renovated lunchroom providing a bright, comfortable space to recharge.
These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and employee well-being. Thanks to everyone involved!

Weil Pump has some new products coming down the pipeline!
First, we will be releasing the 8199 Booster Pump Control Panel. This full featured panel controls 2-4 booster pumps with motor overload protection, thru-the-door disconnect, alarm horn, 7” PLC and one VFD per pump. Options and adders available per request.
Next, we have the new 2642 Packaged Basin System. To include duplex pumps, quick removals, valving, basin covers, basin piping, level controls, and miscellaneous. Discharge sizes 2”, 3”, and 4”. A step-by-step user friendly instruction guide will help you navigate through the quoting, submitting, and ordering process.
Finally, we have the 2536F submersible floor mount high horsepower slicer with stand and elbow package available.

Skid Systems Powering Affordable Housing in NYC

Upgrading Water Infrastructure for the Onondaga Nation
We’re proud to highlight a recent installation with W2O, replacing aging booster stations with advanced Wilo-Wi-Booster Systems in Nedrow, NY. These upgrades provide more stable pressure, enhanced protection, and improved reliability for the community’s water supply. The final station is set for installation in May. Stay tuned for updates!

A Quieter, More Efficient Water Booster Solution
In Allen Park, MI, Systecore Inc. helped replace a failing Bell & Gossett domestic water booster that was being rebuilt multiple times a year and causing excessive noise. After collecting flow data with an ultrasonic meter, they proposed a Wilo-SiBooster solution resulting in a duplex and triplex booster upgrade. The customer now enjoys steady pressures within +/- 3 psi and estimates a 50-60% energy savings!

Efficient and Accessible Lift Station Upgrade
A groundwater lift station in Michigan recently underwent a major renovation to improve accessibility and durability. Associated Heating Sales provided a solution featuring Weil Pump’s 6” 2616 Four Way Valve Assembly, eliminating the need for an adjacent valve box and simplifying maintenance. The project included Duplex 15HP Weil 2522 Pumps at 500 GPM each, installed with a new subbase and removal system. With an upgraded H20 vehicle-rated cover and enhanced control panel, the new system offers increased reliability and ease of operation for maintenance personnel.
