Before You Begin
Here are a few helpful things to know before starting your Resident Survey:
- The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete.
- You can save your progress and return later to finish.
- We included only key questions from the 2023 Survey to compare results and identify areas of improvement.
- You’ll rate satisfaction and importance for each facility and amenity to help us understand your overall experience and priorities.
