HOW TO ENTER:


Switch from calling in your tickets* to entering them through Virginia 811's web tools TRE, SAT and WTE from November 1 - December 5. If you make an increase in tickets that come from any of these 3 channels, you and your office** are entered to win! 

* In order to qualify, tickets MUST BE VALID and processed via TRE, SAT, or WTE. No duplicate tickets will be counted.    ** Up to 50 people.

If you have an existing ticket request that you need to update, re-mark, or cancel, then TRE is the right choice for you. With an average completion time of less than 30 seconds, TRE is the perfect solution.

A Single Address Ticket (SAT) is a request to have utility lines marked at a single address. SAT 2.0 is the updated version of SAT 1.0 and has been simplified to provide a more user-friendly interface. Simply enter your address and follow the prompts to fill out your ticket request.
