Stanley Joke -
Why couldn't the bicycle stand up by itself? It was two-tired.
Rosie Recipe - Lemon Freeze
When life gives you lemons - make a delicious lemon freeze drink
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup - Lemonade ( Simply Lemonade is my favorite)
  • 2 cups - Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
  • Combine Ice Cream and Lemonade in the blender - then pour and drink!!!! If you want to be adventurous (and make it look fancy) add Whipped Cream on the top and a bit of lemon zest.
  • If you find it to be too soft or liquidy either add a little more Ice cream( I know, darn, right?) or put it in the freezer for a while until it firms up a bit.
Most importantly ENJOY!!!!

Happy Summer!!!

I have a NEW mystery to solve. The case of the missing strawberries.
Actually, it wasn't too hard to solve this mystery. Guess who I found in the middle of my strawberry patch with suspicious red juice on their beaks?

Charlie and his angels?
Nope - Charlie and his strawberry pecking marauders!
And when I caught them - they didn't even pretend to look ashamed.
I have some pretty cheeky chickens!
What's Up With Terri?
I'm currently working on the fourth book in the Shear Disaster series.
My favorite lines so far:
“I’m fine,” I lied. “I mean it’s Monday, so I’m supposed to have weekend lag.”
“Oh, honey, what you are experiencing is not weekend lag,” he argued, as he scrubbed the bowls under the running water. “Weekend lag is when we go bargain hunting at all of the sample sales, then we head to Central Park for a jog, then we get dressed up and spend the night clubbing. That’s what causes weekend lag. But going to two funerals, having a good friend die, and being attacked by a demon…” Then he turned and shook his finger at me. “Oh, no, that’s something else altogether.”
I sighed and measured another color into another bowl for the base hair dye. “Sometimes I feel like Clark Kent,” I said.
“What?” Kyle replied, meticulously cleaning the dye from the brushes. “No, girl, you are not Clark Kent. You are more like Catwoman.” Then he pawed the air between us. “Meow. Much sexier.”
