Today, Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, will remove the concrete barriers along Winchester Street, between Key Road and Pearl Street. Traffic delays are expected as this work is completed. Temporary traffic control barriers will be installed to replace these barriers. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers in the work zone.
