On Friday, October 13, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, will continue final paving for the Winchester Street Reconstruction project. Work will continue through Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
Work planned for Friday includes the main driveway for Riverside Plaza and Key Road. Although the Riverside Plaza driveway was originally planned for today, this was delayed due to limited asphalt material availability. Due to the narrow width of some driveways, flaggers may direct drivers to reverse the typical travel path. Significant traffic delays are expected. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers. Further updates will be provided next week for the remaining workdays.
