On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, continues final paving for the Winchester Street Reconstruction project. Work will continue through Thursday, October 19, 2023.
Work planned for today includes the main driveway for Riverside Plaza, Key Road, and Pearl Street. Although these areas were originally planned for last week, crew availability required some schedule changes. Due to the narrow width of some areas, flaggers may direct drivers to reverse the typical travel path. Significant traffic delays are expected - please avoid this area if possible and seek an alternate route. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers.
