On Thursday, October 19, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, continues final paving for the Winchester Street Reconstruction project. Paving is expected to be completed today.
Work planned for today includes the northbound lanes of Winchester Street throughout the project limits. One-way alternating traffic will be used in constricted areas to travel around the equipment. Significant traffic delays are expected - please avoid this area if possible and seek an alternate route. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers.
