On Thursday, October 12, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, will begin final paving the for the Winchester Street Reconstruction project. Work will continue through Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
The areas planned for paving on October 12 include the driveways for Riverside Plaza and Keene State
College. Due to the narrow width of some driveways, flaggers may direct drivers to reverse the typical travel path. Significant traffic delays are expected. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers. Further updates will be provided next week for the remaining workdays.
