On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, is beginning permanent pavement striping for the Winchester Street Reconstruction Project. Minor delays are expected. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and laborers in the work zone. Please follow all temporary lanes delineated by cones and barrels. If possible, seek an alternate route.
