On Thursday, July 27, 2023 and Friday, July 28, 2023, the City’s contractor, BUR Construction, will be paving the recent work area which includes portions of Winchester Street north of Key Road, Pearl Street, and Island Street. Significant traffic delays are expected on both days. Traffic traveling from Pearl Street onto Winchester Street will be restricted for portions of each day while the roundabout paving is completed.
Please avoid this area if possible. If avoidance is not possible, please follow directions of flaggers directing traffic through the work zone. Please drive slowly and watch for equipment and workers in the roadway.
