On Wednesday, March 25th, several priests will be available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation at St. Thomas and accross 11 parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The students must be parishioners who are planning to pursue college, technical school or other further education. | | We wrapped up our Faith Formation year with a joyful twist—Catholic trivia! Our final class brought together children, teens, and parents, all jumping in and showing what they’ve learned from this past year. It was lively, and full of laughter. One question: Which saint was known for pursuing pleasures and ambitions, and struggling with desires and inner conflict before becoming a priest and saint? Answer: Augustine of Hippo—who famously prayed, “Dear God, make me chaste… but not yet.” (Oh My!) All sessions—Sunday at St. Clare and St. Thomas, and our Wednesday group—joined in the fun. It was a beautiful reminder that faith grows over time and sometimes with a Catholic trivia question or two! We’re so grateful for this year together! | | Seniors celebrated St. Patrick's Day by enjoying Guiness beef stew, colcannon potatoes, Irish soda bread, grasshopper pie, leprechaun fizz mocktail and Irish coffee. Todd Pridgeon provided the entertainment with a musical walk down an Irish memory lane. Fun was had by all!
