Join us at the Family Worship Service (11 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall) for “Jammin’ in our Jammies” which will feature scripture readings, beloved Christmas hymns, and a celebration of God’s love coming into the world on Christmas. Children (and the whole family!) are invited to wear their favorite Christmas jammies and bring a dozen of their favorite Christmas cookies (please write ingredients out, no nuts please). Outdoor Ministry: Solstice Hike
Sunday, December 21 at 4:25 p.m., Pavilion Shelter, James Boyce Park, 300 Boyce Rd.
The Outdoor Ministry invites you to pause for a moment of calm in this busy season. We will be joined by members from St. Stephen United Methodist Church. We’ll begin in the park pavilion before setting out on a moderate loop hike, guided by scripture readings and the quiet beauty of winter woods—held within the brief light of the year’s shortest day. Rain or shine. Please dress for outdoor conditions. The trail is well-traveled but includes elevation changes. Flashlights recommended, as we will depart in darkness. Sign up here.

Covenant's Surviving our Spouses group invites all who attend the Christmas Eve services to tie a ribbon on the tree in the circle. Love never fades; nor does our remembrance of those who have gone before us.

Christmas Eve Children's Play
Wednesday, December 24 at 10:00 a.m.
Calling all kids ages 5 or in Kindergarten who would like to take part in our Christmas Eve play about the birth of Jesus. All are welcome to join! You do not need to be a church member to participate. The 5’s and Kindergarten class will rehearse the speaking lines during the 9:30 Sunday School hour during the month of December. On Christmas Eve the 5s/Kindergartners will help lead our Christmas play where all children of all ages will have a part to play, no rehearsal required! If you know of any child that is interested, please contact Amber Brown for more details. We’d love to have them be part of this special celebration.

On December 8, the congregation has an opportunity to work together to ensure our neighbors have a warm tasty meal and breakfast the next morning.
